In short: we only use your data to reply to you and to prepare the quote or order you ask for. We do not sell or share it with anyone, we do not track you with cookies, and you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete it by writing to hola@fabricaderajoles.cat.
This policy explains how we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
- Contact details: full name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number and town.
- Your project data: the bases, colours, formats, decorations, locations and square metres you choose in the configurator, and any comments or files you send us.
- Order and billing data: if you place an order, the data needed to make, deliver and invoice it.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies (see the Cookie policy). We do not ask for any special categories of data. If you write to us on behalf of a company, we process your data as a contact person.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles using your data.
4. How long we keep it
- Quotes and enquiries that do not become orders: for as long as needed to deal with them and, at most, two years from the last contact.
- Customers: for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting and invoicing records).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by law (for example, to the tax authorities) or by a court order.
To provide our services we use suppliers who may only access the data on our behalf and under a data processing agreement: website hosting, email service and, if you place an order, the carrier that delivers it and the firm that handles our accounts. If any supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: find out what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: correct it if it is inaccurate.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed.
- Objection and restriction of processing.
- Portability: receive it in a structured format.
- Withdraw consent you have given us, without affecting processing carried out before.
To exercise them, write to hola@fabricaderajoles.cat or send us a letter at the address above, stating which right you wish to exercise. If necessary, we will ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month at most.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with theSpanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security and minors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The configurator form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not send us any personal data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our service. The date of the latest update always appears at the top. You can also read theLegal notice and the General terms of sale.
